You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. bk111 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
Each individual may hold only one bk111 Account. If bk111 determines that a Player holds or has held multiple Accounts, all such Accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from the use of multiple Accounts may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk111 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify bk111 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bk111 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, bk111 will require completion of the KYC verification process. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and return of the original deposit amount only.
bk111 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, use of automated betting software, or failure to complete identity verification. In cases of Account closure due to Player breach, bk111 may withhold balances pending investigation.
bk111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page of the Platform. bk111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or persons other than the registered Account holder.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC completion. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times. bk111 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion.
All Account balances and transactions on bk111 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Pakistani players. Deposits and withdrawals made via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
bk111 applies a same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically feasible. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, bk111 will request alternative verification before processing via an alternative method.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by bk111 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply: bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30x before withdrawal; wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited; and bets placed using bonus funds must be single bets or accumulators of minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.
bk111 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where bk111 determines at its sole discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome; or exploiting errors or technical malfunctions in the Platform.
bk111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited and currently being wagered in good faith.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or Platform notification with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory requirement. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bk111 holds its applicable operating licence.
